Refund Policy
TRATERIA REFUND, CANCELLATION AND BOOKING MODIFICATION POLICY
Last Updated: July 20, 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance
This Refund, Cancellation and Booking Modification Policy (“Refund Policy”) applies to travel products and related services booked through Trateria, a travel booking platform operated by MARU EVENT TOURISM LLC, a company licensed in the United Arab Emirates (“Trateria,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Refund Policy applies to, among other things:
· Flight tickets;
· Hotels and other accommodation;
· Tours, activities and attractions;
· Airport transfers and transportation;
· Travel packages;
· Visa assistance services;
· Travel insurance;
· Event and attraction tickets;
· eSIM and other travel-related products; and
· Any other service made available through Trateria.
By submitting or confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
1. The booking is subject to this Refund Policy;
2. The booking is also subject to the specific fare rules, cancellation rules and terms of the relevant airline, hotel, tour operator, insurer, visa-processing provider, payment provider or other third-party supplier;
3. The product-specific conditions displayed during booking form part of the customer’s contract;
4. Different passengers, rooms, sectors or services within the same booking may be subject to different cancellation conditions; and
5. Cancellation or refund eligibility is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the applicable booking conditions.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
2. Trateria’s Role
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Trateria acts as a booking intermediary, facilitator or travel agency between the customer and independent third-party suppliers.
The actual travel service is provided by the relevant third-party supplier, which may include an airline, hotel, tour operator, transport company, insurer, embassy-related service provider, ticket issuer or other service provider.
Accordingly:
· Supplier fare rules and cancellation conditions apply to the booking;
· Trateria does not control a supplier’s refund decision, processing timeline, service suspension, insolvency, schedule change or cancellation;
· Trateria is not required to pay a supplier-funded refund before Trateria has received the relevant refundable amount from the supplier, except where applicable law expressly requires otherwise;
· Any refund processed by Trateria will be limited to the amount actually approved and remitted by the relevant supplier, less any lawful deductions described in this Refund Policy; and
· Trateria does not guarantee that a supplier will approve a cancellation, modification, credit, voucher or refund request.
Where Trateria is expressly identified as the direct provider of a service, Trateria will remain responsible for that service in accordance with the applicable booking terms and mandatory law.
3. Product-Specific Rules Take Priority
The cancellation and refund conditions shown on the booking page, checkout page, quotation, itinerary, ticket, voucher, confirmation email or supplier terms are incorporated into this Refund Policy.
Where there is a conflict between:
1. General information in this Refund Policy; and
2. A specific fare rule, cancellation deadline, supplier condition or product-specific term disclosed for the booking,
the product-specific term will apply, except where prohibited by applicable law.
The customer is responsible for reviewing all applicable conditions before payment.
A booking marked as “non-refundable,” “non-changeable,” “final sale,” “instant confirmation,” “special rate,” “promotional rate,” or with similar wording may not be cancelled, refunded or modified after confirmation.
4. When a Booking Becomes Confirmed
A payment receipt, payment authorization or booking request acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that the service has been finally confirmed.
A booking becomes confirmed only when Trateria or the relevant supplier issues a final confirmation, ticket number, voucher, policy, booking reference or other confirmation document.
If payment has been received but the supplier does not confirm the requested service, Trateria may, at its discretion and subject to availability:
· Offer an alternative service;
· Request additional payment if the alternative costs more;
· Refund the amount paid for the unconfirmed service; or
· Credit the amount toward another booking where agreed with the customer.
Trateria is not responsible for a supplier price change or loss of availability that occurs before final confirmation.
5. General Cancellation Rules
All cancellation requests must be submitted through Trateria’s designated official support channels.
A cancellation request is not effective merely because the customer:
· Contacts the supplier directly;
· Does not use the service;
· Fails to arrive;
· Does not check in;
· Does not obtain required travel documents;
· Disputes the payment;
· Sends a message through an unofficial channel; or
· Assumes that a booking has been cancelled.
A booking remains active until Trateria confirms in writing that the cancellation request has been received and, where applicable, accepted or submitted to the supplier.
Cancellation deadlines are based on the local time specified by the supplier. Where no time zone is specified, the time zone of the service location or supplier may apply.
Requests received outside Trateria’s operating hours may be treated as received on the next business day. The customer should therefore submit requests sufficiently in advance of any supplier deadline.
6. Flight Tickets
6.1 Airline Fare Rules
Flight ticket cancellations, refunds and modifications are governed primarily by the operating airline’s and ticketing carrier’s fare rules.
Fare rules may vary according to:
· Airline;
· Fare class;
· Route;
· Origin and destination;
· Ticketing country;
· Cabin class;
· Promotional conditions;
· Passenger type;
· Date of booking;
· Date of travel;
· Codeshare arrangement; and
· Whether any part of the ticket has been used.
Trateria does not determine the airline’s fare rules and cannot override them.
6.2 Non-Refundable Tickets
For a non-refundable ticket:
· The base fare, fuel surcharge, carrier-imposed charges and other components may be non-refundable;
· Certain unused government or airport taxes may be refundable if permitted by the airline and applicable law;
· The airline may charge a tax-refund or administration fee;
· Trateria’s service, booking, processing and support fees remain non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise; and
· If recoverable taxes are less than the applicable processing costs, no net refund may be payable.
6.3 Partially Refundable Tickets
For a partially refundable ticket, the refundable amount will be determined after deduction of any applicable:
· Airline cancellation penalty;
· Fare difference or fare recalculation;
· No-show penalty;
· Supplier administration fee;
· Trateria service or refund-processing fee;
· Payment-processing cost;
· Foreign-exchange loss; and
· Other non-refundable charges.
6.4 Fully Refundable Tickets
A ticket described as fully refundable remains subject to:
· The applicable cancellation deadline;
· Any no-show restriction;
· Whether any flight segment has been used;
· Supplier procedures;
· Trateria’s separately disclosed service or processing fees; and
· Any mandatory legal requirements.
“Fully refundable” generally refers to the airline fare under the applicable fare rules and does not automatically mean that all agency, payment, banking or ancillary-service charges are refundable.
6.5 No-Show
A passenger may be treated as a no-show if the passenger:
· Does not cancel before the airline’s required deadline;
· Does not complete check-in on time;
· Does not arrive at the gate on time;
· Does not board a flight;
· Is denied boarding due to passenger-related reasons;
· Misses a flight due to an earlier independently booked service; or
· Fails to travel for any other reason not caused by the airline or Trateria.
No-show bookings are commonly non-refundable or subject to substantial penalties.
Missing one flight segment may cause the airline to cancel all remaining segments in the itinerary. Trateria is not responsible for such cancellation where it results from the passenger’s no-show, failure to use segments in sequence or breach of airline rules.
6.6 Partially Used Tickets
For a partially used ticket, any refund is determined solely after the airline recalculates the fare based on the sectors already used.
The value of unused sectors is not necessarily calculated by simply dividing the original ticket price by the number of sectors.
In some cases, the recalculated one-way or used-sector fare may equal or exceed the original ticket price, resulting in no refund.
6.7 Schedule Changes, Delays and Airline Cancellations
Where an airline cancels a flight or makes a material schedule change, the available remedies may include:
· Rebooking;
· Rerouting;
· Travel credit;
· Voucher;
· Refund; or
· Another remedy required by applicable passenger-rights regulations.
The airline determines the available options, subject to applicable law.
A schedule change does not automatically entitle the customer to cancel unrelated bookings such as hotels, tours, transfers, separate flight tickets or event tickets. Those products remain subject to their own cancellation conditions.
Trateria is not liable for consequential costs arising from airline disruption, including replacement travel, missed connections, accommodation, meals, loss of income or independently booked arrangements, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
6.8 Separate Tickets and Self-Connections
Where flights are booked under separate tickets or booking references, each ticket is treated as an independent booking.
A delay, cancellation or schedule change affecting one ticket does not automatically create a right to cancel or refund another ticket.
The customer accepts the risk associated with self-connections, separate tickets and insufficient connection time.
6.9 Ancillary Flight Services
Fees paid for seats, baggage, meals, lounge access, priority boarding, insurance or other ancillary services are subject to separate supplier rules.
Cancellation or refund of the flight ticket does not automatically result in refund of ancillary services.
7. Hotels and Accommodation
Hotel and accommodation refunds depend on the rate conditions and property policy displayed at booking.
7.1 Flexible Rates
Flexible rates may permit cancellation without a supplier penalty if the cancellation request is received and processed before the applicable deadline.
Any Trateria service fee or separately identified non-refundable charge may remain non-refundable.
7.2 Non-Refundable Rates
Non-refundable rates cannot normally be cancelled, modified or refunded after confirmation, including in cases of:
· Change of travel plans;
· Illness;
· Flight disruption;
· Visa refusal;
· Failure to arrive;
· Early departure;
· Duplicate booking caused by the customer; or
· Dissatisfaction that was not reported to the property during the stay.
Any exception is subject to the property’s written approval and is not guaranteed.
7.3 Semi-Flexible and Special Rates
Semi-flexible, promotional, early-booking, group and special-event rates may be subject to:
· Partial penalties;
· Minimum-stay requirements;
· Blackout dates;
· Full-stay charges;
· Non-refundable deposits; or
· Special amendment restrictions.
7.4 No-Show and Early Departure
A no-show may result in a charge equal to the first night, several nights or the full stay.
Unused nights following late arrival, no-show or early departure are not refundable unless the property expressly approves a refund.
7.5 Property Issues
The customer must report any material property issue immediately to both:
1. The property; and
2. Trateria support,
while the customer is still at the property.
Failure to provide the supplier and Trateria with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remedy the issue may affect refund or compensation eligibility.
Photographs, videos, written reports and supplier correspondence may be required.
8. Tours, Activities, Attractions and Event Tickets
Tours, activities, attraction tickets and event tickets are subject to the operator’s specific cancellation rules.
Products linked to a specific date, time, capacity, admission slot or event are often non-refundable after confirmation.
A customer may not be entitled to a refund where the customer:
· Arrives late;
· Misses a pickup;
· Goes to the wrong meeting point;
· Does not meet age, height, health, dress or identification requirements;
· Is refused participation for safety reasons;
· Fails to present the correct voucher or identification;
· Does not follow the operator’s instructions; or
· Chooses not to participate after the service has commenced.
Weather-related cancellation rights depend on the operator’s decision. A customer’s personal view that weather conditions are unsuitable does not by itself create a right to a refund.
Where the operator cancels the service, the available remedy may be rebooking, credit, voucher or refund as determined by the operator and applicable law.
9. Travel Packages
A travel package may contain multiple independently supplied components.
Unless the booking confirmation expressly states otherwise, cancellation of one component does not automatically cancel or make the remaining components refundable.
The refundable amount for a package will be determined by reference to:
· The cancellation terms of each component;
· Amounts already paid or committed to suppliers;
· Non-refundable deposits;
· Ticketing or issuance costs;
· Work already performed;
· Trateria’s disclosed service fees; and
· Any other unavoidable third-party costs.
Any general cancellation schedule displayed for a package applies only where it is specifically incorporated into the booking confirmation.
Where no separate package cancellation schedule is provided, the individual supplier rules for each component will apply.
Trateria does not guarantee a fixed percentage refund merely because a package is cancelled a certain number of days before travel.
10. Visa and Immigration-Related Services
Trateria may provide administrative assistance with visa or immigration-related applications but does not act as an embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
Trateria does not guarantee:
· Visa approval;
· Processing time;
· Appointment availability;
· Entry into a country;
· Acceptance of documents; or
· Any decision by an immigration authority.
Trateria service fees become non-refundable once document review, consultation, appointment booking, application preparation, submission or other processing work has begun.
Government, embassy, consular, visa-centre, courier and third-party fees are refundable only if the relevant authority or provider permits and remits the refund.
Visa refusal, delay, withdrawal, change of travel plans or failure to supply required documentation does not automatically create a right to a refund.
The customer remains responsible for verifying visa and entry requirements before purchasing non-refundable travel products.
11. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is issued and administered by the relevant insurer.
Premium refunds, cancellations, cooling-off periods and claims are governed by:
· The policy wording;
· The insurer’s rules;
· Applicable insurance regulations; and
· Whether coverage has started, travel has commenced or a claim has been made.
Trateria cannot approve or settle an insurance claim and does not guarantee that an insurer will accept a claim or refund a premium.
Trateria’s insurance-related service or processing fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
12. eSIM and Digital Products
An eSIM, digital voucher or other digitally delivered product may become non-refundable once:
· It has been issued;
· The activation code has been viewed;
· It has been installed;
· It has been activated;
· Data or service usage has begun; or
· The supplier otherwise treats it as consumed.
The customer is responsible for confirming device compatibility, network compatibility, destination coverage and installation requirements before purchase.
Failure to install, activate or use an eSIM due to an incompatible, locked or incorrectly configured device does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
13. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Where the customer voluntarily cancels a confirmed booking, any refund will be subject to:
· Supplier cancellation rules;
· Trateria’s service and processing fees;
· Payment-provider charges;
· Foreign-exchange adjustments;
· Work already performed;
· Non-refundable deposits; and
· Any other costs already incurred or committed.
Personal circumstances, including illness, family emergencies, work commitments, changed plans, fear of travel or failure to obtain leave, do not automatically override a non-refundable booking condition.
Customers are encouraged to purchase suitable travel insurance covering cancellation risks.
14. Force Majeure and Events Outside Trateria’s Control
“Force Majeure” means an event outside Trateria’s reasonable control, including:
· War, armed conflict or terrorism;
· Civil unrest;
· Government orders, sanctions or border closures;
· Epidemics or public-health emergencies;
· Natural disasters;
· Extreme weather;
· Airport or airspace closures;
· Strikes or industrial action;
· Utility, telecommunications or system failures;
· Supplier insolvency or cessation;
· Cyber incidents;
· Transportation disruption; or
· Any similar event beyond Trateria’s reasonable control.
Force Majeure does not automatically entitle the customer to a cash refund.
The available remedy will depend on:
· Supplier policy;
· Amounts recoverable from suppliers;
· Applicable law;
· Whether the service can be rescheduled; and
· Whether credit or a voucher is offered.
Trateria may offer or facilitate rebooking, credit or vouchers before a cash refund where permitted.
Trateria may deduct unavoidable and non-recoverable third-party costs, work already performed and disclosed service fees, except where prohibited by law.
15. Trateria Errors
If Trateria confirms that a material booking error was caused solely by Trateria, Trateria may, depending on the circumstances:
· Correct the booking;
· Arrange a reasonably equivalent alternative;
· Refund the amount paid for the directly affected service; or
· Provide another remedy required by applicable law.
The customer must notify Trateria promptly after discovering an error.
Trateria is not responsible for errors resulting from:
· Incorrect information entered or supplied by the customer;
· Supplier system errors;
· Airline or hotel inventory changes;
· Payment-provider errors;
· Browser, device or internet issues;
· Failure to review the booking before confirmation; or
· Failure to notify Trateria promptly.
Any compensation for a confirmed Trateria error will be limited in accordance with Section 27 and applicable law.
16. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
A refund or cancellation request must be submitted through an official Trateria support channel listed on the Contact page.
The customer must provide, where requested:
· Trateria booking reference;
· Supplier booking reference or ticket number;
· Passenger or guest name;
· Service and travel date;
· Reason for cancellation;
· Supporting documents;
· Copy of identification;
· Payment details;
· Written supplier correspondence; and
· Any other information reasonably required to process the request.
Trateria may reject or delay a request if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or inconsistent.
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
Trateria may require the customer to sign a cancellation acknowledgment, refund calculation or settlement confirmation before processing a refund.
17. Refund Calculation
The estimated or final refund may be calculated as follows:
Amount received for the affected service
minus:
· Supplier cancellation or no-show penalties;
· Used or partially used service value;
· Fare or rate recalculation;
· Non-refundable taxes, surcharges and ancillary services;
· Trateria booking, service, support or administrative fees;
· Refund-processing fees;
· Payment-gateway or card-processing fees that are not returned to Trateria;
· Bank charges;
· Currency-conversion costs or exchange-rate differences;
· Chargeback-related costs where legally recoverable;
· Government, embassy or consular charges;
· Non-refundable deposits;
· Costs of work already performed; and
· Other amounts lawfully retained under the booking conditions.
The customer may request a breakdown of the refund calculation, subject to supplier information being available.
18. Trateria Service and Processing Fees
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following Trateria fees are non-refundable after the relevant work has been performed or the booking has been confirmed:
· Booking fees;
· Reservation fees;
· Convenience fees;
· Consultation fees;
· Service fees;
· Ticketing fees;
· Amendment fees;
· Cancellation-handling fees;
· Refund-processing fees;
· After-hours support fees;
· Visa-assistance fees; and
· Other separately disclosed administrative charges.
A supplier’s decision to refund its own fare or service price does not automatically require Trateria to refund its separate fees.
Any non-refundable fee will remain subject to mandatory consumer law.
19. Processing Times
Refund processing involves several stages and may depend on the supplier, payment provider and banking system.
Trateria will normally:
1. Receive and review the customer’s request;
2. Submit the request to the supplier where required;
3. Wait for the supplier’s decision and remittance;
4. Reconcile the refundable amount; and
5. Initiate payment to the customer.
Supplier processing may take approximately 7 to 90 business days, and in exceptional cases may take longer.
The stated timeline is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
Once Trateria receives cleared refundable funds and all required information, Trateria will generally initiate the customer refund within approximately 3 to 10 business days.
Additional time may be required for the customer’s bank, card issuer, wallet provider or payment service to display the funds.
Trateria is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, financial institutions, card schemes, payment providers, compliance reviews or events outside Trateria’s reasonable control.
20. Refund Method
Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method and original payer.
Trateria may refuse to refund to:
· A different card;
· A different bank account;
· A third party;
· A different digital wallet; or
· Any destination that creates fraud, compliance, sanctions or anti-money-laundering concerns.
Where refund to the original payment method is impossible, Trateria may request additional documentation and may select another legally permissible method.
Cash refund, bank transfer, wallet credit or travel credit is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
A refund made to the original payment method will be treated as properly completed even if the customer no longer has access to that account or card.
21. Currency, Exchange Rates and Banking Charges
A booking may involve multiple currencies between:
· The customer;
· Trateria;
· The supplier;
· The payment processor; and
· The customer’s bank or card issuer.
Refunds may therefore be affected by:
· Changes in exchange rates;
· Supplier conversion rates;
· Card-scheme rates;
· Bank rates;
· Cross-border charges;
· Payment-provider fees; and
· Rounding differences.
The amount received by the customer may differ from the amount originally paid.
Trateria is not responsible for exchange-rate losses, foreign transaction fees or banking charges imposed by third parties.
Where a supplier refunds Trateria in a currency different from the original customer payment currency, Trateria may convert the amount using the rate reasonably available to Trateria at the time the refund is processed.
22. Travel Credit and Vouchers
Where permitted, a supplier or Trateria may offer:
· Travel credit;
· Voucher;
· Open ticket;
· Rebooking credit; or
· Account balance
instead of a cash refund.
Credits and vouchers may be subject to:
· Expiry dates;
· Passenger-name restrictions;
· Route or destination restrictions;
· Blackout periods;
· Fare differences;
· One-time-use requirements;
· Non-transferability;
· Supplier availability; and
· Other conditions.
Once the customer accepts a credit, voucher or rebooking as final settlement, the customer may lose the right to request a cash refund, subject to applicable law.
Expired or unused credits are not refundable unless the applicable terms or mandatory law provide otherwise.
23. Booking Modifications
Changes to dates, names, passenger details, routes, room types, activities or other booking details are treated as modifications rather than refunds.
Modifications are subject to:
· Supplier permission;
· Availability;
· Fare or price difference;
· Supplier change fees;
· Trateria amendment fees;
· Reticketing or reissuance costs; and
· Any other applicable charges.
A requested modification is not confirmed until the revised ticket, voucher or confirmation has been issued.
If modification is not permitted, the customer may need to cancel the original booking under its applicable cancellation rules and purchase a new booking.
Airline tickets are generally non-transferable. Name correction is not the same as transferring a ticket to another passenger.
24. Duplicate and Incorrect Bookings
The customer is responsible for checking all details before payment, including:
· Names;
· Dates;
· Routes;
· Destinations;
· Passenger numbers;
· Room types;
· Travel documents; and
· Contact information.
A duplicate booking, incorrect date, incorrect destination, spelling error or other customer-generated mistake does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
Trateria will use reasonable efforts to request correction or cancellation, but supplier approval is not guaranteed.
The customer must not make a replacement booking before receiving confirmation regarding the original booking unless the customer accepts the risk of holding and paying for both bookings.
25. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, the customer must first contact Trateria and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate the matter.
A chargeback does not automatically cancel a booking.
If a booking remains valid and the customer uses or retains the booked service after initiating a chargeback, Trateria may contest the chargeback and may recover any unpaid amount and lawful associated costs.
The customer must not initiate a chargeback based solely on:
· Delay while a supplier refund is pending;
· Disagreement with a clearly disclosed non-refundable condition;
· A change of travel plans;
· Failure to use the service;
· Visa refusal;
· No-show;
· Pending supplier investigation; or
· A refund already issued through another method.
Trateria reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel future bookings or restrict payment methods where there is suspected fraud, abusive chargeback activity or misuse of the platform, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising a lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrectly processed transaction.
26. Fraud, Abuse and Compliance Review
Trateria may suspend refund processing while reasonably investigating:
· Suspected fraud;
· Stolen payment instruments;
· Identity mismatch;
· Duplicate refund requests;
· Sanctions concerns;
· Money-laundering concerns;
· Abuse of promotions;
· False supporting documents;
· Chargeback manipulation; or
· Other unlawful or suspicious activity.
Trateria may request identity, payment or ownership verification before releasing funds.
Where required by law, court order, regulator, payment provider or compliance obligation, Trateria may withhold, block, return or report a transaction without liability for resulting delay, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trateria’s liability arising from a cancellation, refund, booking modification or failure of a travel service will be limited to the amount paid to Trateria for the directly affected service.
Trateria will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including:
· Loss of profit;
· Loss of income;
· Loss of business;
· Loss of opportunity;
· Loss of enjoyment;
· Emotional distress;
· Replacement travel costs;
· Missed connections;
· Missed events;
· Visa-related losses;
· Accommodation purchased separately; or
· Other independently arranged services.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Trateria is not liable for the acts, omissions, insolvency or operational failures of independent third-party suppliers, except to the extent Trateria is legally responsible under applicable law.
28. Complaints
A customer who is dissatisfied with a cancellation or refund outcome should first submit a written complaint to Trateria, including:
· Booking reference;
· Description of the issue;
· Requested resolution;
· Supporting documents; and
· Previous correspondence.
Trateria will review the complaint based on the booking conditions, supplier response, available evidence and applicable law.
The customer must provide Trateria with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.
Nothing in this section restricts a customer’s right to contact a competent consumer-protection or regulatory authority.
29. Evidence and Records
The customer agrees that the following may be used as evidence of the booking and applicable conditions:
· Website records;
· Checkout-page disclosures;
· Click acceptance records;
· Booking confirmations;
· Supplier fare rules;
· Emails;
· Support messages;
· Call records where legally recorded;
· Payment records;
· System logs;
· Vouchers;
· Tickets; and
· Electronic communications.
Customers should retain copies of all booking confirmations, tickets, receipts, vouchers and correspondence.
30. Policy Changes
Trateria may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in:
· Law or regulation;
· Supplier requirements;
· Payment-provider requirements;
· Platform functionality;
· Business operations; or
· Industry practices.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the version in effect when the booking was confirmed will generally apply to that booking.
Changes will not retroactively reduce a customer’s accrued mandatory legal rights.
31. Relationship with Other Terms
This Refund Policy must be read together with:
· Trateria’s Terms of Service;
· Privacy Policy;
· Payment terms;
· Supplier terms;
· Fare rules;
· Booking confirmation;
· Voucher or ticket conditions; and
· Any product-specific conditions.
Where appropriate, the Terms of Service should govern matters including governing law, jurisdiction, account use, intellectual property and general dispute resolution.
32. Contact
Refund, cancellation and modification requests must be submitted through the official support channels shown on Trateria’s Contact page.
Customers should not send payment-card security codes, passwords or other sensitive credentials through email or messaging channels.
